This Just In! *clickity clack of the presses*

I forgot to update that the faaabulous Sir Ollie von Humplestein (don’t ask, every dog needs like 5-6 names I think) was FINALLY released off his medical hold and was able to go to his new adoptive mom, Claire, on Tuesday. It KILLED me to let him go — until Sean reminded me that’s sort of the point to being a foster mom for a rescue… but who will constantly crop dust my pillow when I’m trying to fall asleep?!?!? Oh, that’s right. Bailey.

Plus I have to say, Claire makes for a fantastic new mom for him AND she just got engaged (that’s for YOU Mrs. Claire, NOW THE BLOG WORLD KNOWS TOO!!). Plus I totally tricked her into being our new friend so that Ollie & her can come to game night. In honor of the newly-forever-homed goober, I’m re-posting his squishy goodness of a pug face:

OMG how adorable!! I actually adopted my little girl almost a year ago from a pug rescue, it is because of angels like you that I have her in my life and that she is no longer living the horrible life of a mill dog.

That is such an adorable face. I’m happy he found a forever-home…otherwise I just might’ve flown down to bring him back with me.

i’ve considered becoming a foster for dogs from the shelter i volunteer at…but I just think I would get too attached. i can’t decide. but that’s awesome that you do it! and it’s always so nice to hear about happy endings!

LOL it was HARD to watch him go? And I think I only did because I had already guilted her in to coming back later this month? LMAO. I’m so lame.
